Is the wood sealed?
Yes. Exterior with Sherwin Williams "Woodscapes" and interior with clear matte polyurethane.
Do you use vinyl windows and doors?
No. Our doors and windows are site built wood matching the cabin glass sourced locally.
Can I pick my wood and roof color?
Yes, any Sherwin Williams "Woodscapes" stain and NorthStar roofing color.
How far do you deliver?
Soldotna, Kenai, Sterling: Free. Nikiski, Funny River, Kasilof: $150. Homer, Seward, Girdwood: $300.
Can I get a larger Cabin?
Yes, we can build modular Kabinz to join together or build almost any size on your site.
Guidelines & Delivery
- 10% deposit locks in your construction start date.
- 40% due prior to construction material delivery.
- 50% balance due prior to delivery.
- Your site must be accessible and ready to accept our Kabinz off a tilt bed.
- Must take delivery within 30 days of completion.
- You hold harmless all Kozy Kabin personnel, owners or associates.
- Crane and other machine setting work not included but can be facilitated.

By proceeding with a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
